Memebership Cancellation

Membership fees are communicated upon application. Any change to Membership fees will be notified through our regular newsletters.

Your Membership fee is non refundable. However, Maven Priority Ltd may at its sole discretion elect to refund your Membership fee in whole or in part depending on the circumstances relating to the cancellation of any Membership.
Maven Priority Ltd reserves the absolute right to cancel or suspend your Membership (at its sole discretion) for any reason whatsoever. If Maven Priority Ltd cancels your Membership, it shall refund the balance of the annual Membership fee on a time apportionment basis in respect of the unexpired period to which the annual Membership fee relates.

Membership fees are due on acceptance of your Membership application and annually thereafter (“Renewal Date”). Membership fees are payable annually in advance by credit/debit or charge card of which we hold the details (“Payment Card”).

You authorise Maven Priority Ltd to deduct renewal Membership fees by Payment Card up to 28 days prior to or on your Renewal Date. If Maven Priority does not hold your payment details you will be contacted directly in order to renew your Membership.

We will issue your Maven Priority Ltd Membership card, Membership documentation ("Maven Priority Membership Pack") and any complimentary services/goods as soon as possible following collection of your renewal Membership fee.

If you do not wish to renew Membership you must notify us within 30 days of your Renewal Date in which case you will receive a full refund of any renewal Membership fee paid provided that you have first returned to Maven Priority Ltd the Maven Priority Membership Pack.
